4. Moderate eating: It is important to eat mindfully, pay attention to portion sizes, and consider our nutritional needs. Avoid overeating and using excessive eating as a coping mechanism.

5. Changing eating habits: Try to transform unhealthy habits, such as replacing fast food with homemade, healthy meals, and allocate time for meals.
